The Asset Class.

Why Manufactured Housing Communities?

The stigma (barriers to supply) of Manufactured Housing Communities (assets) insulates the market from price competition, historically allowing for the maintenance and growth of revenue.

Manufactured Housing Communities are often under-valued, yet *incoming-producing assets with low operating expenses and long term tenants.

*While the company aims to purchase income-producing assets, no assurance can be made in regards to guaranteed profits and/or possible incurred losses.

The Investment Strategy

Our strategy is to acquire, enhance and reposition assets in order to provide income and capital growth to our investors.

Acquire

We acquire assets primarily in larger metro areas of the United States due to the stability of those general markets.

Enhance

We strive to maximize asset valuation through creative experience and guided redevelopment.

Reposition

We reposition newly-enhanced assets in the market using appropriate leverage and creativity.

The Features.

The Investment Team

We, the fund managers, have extensive experience in the ownership and operation of Manufactured Housing Communities. With years of business and finance expertise, we are uniquely equipped to quickly assess investments and pinpoint risks, possible re-marketing plans and future growth potential.
